POLK COUNTY FIRE RESCUE
The Polk County Fire Rescue, Cedartown, Georgia, was organized in the year of 1972, as an umbrella of the Polk County Emergency Management Agency. Chief Roy E. Anderson, organized nine stations which operate under the Polk County Board of Commissioners. The stations were organized and built between the period of 1972 and 1982, and are located strategically over Polk County within small communities.
Approximately 80 volunteer firefighters make up nine (9) fire stations within the unincorporated areas of Polk County and is required to maintain a minimum level of training each year.
Polk County Fire-Rescue has a ISO rating of 5/10.

Requests must include the date and address of the incident location for a Fire Report and should be emailed to lhendrix@polkga.org or should be submitted at 55 Clines Ingram Jackson Road, Cedartown, GA 30125 Any other report or record request must be specific.
